Q.Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Egypt, to all governorates. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Q.How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Greater Cairo typically arrives in 1–3 business days, other governorates in 2–5 business days.
Q.Is there free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free on orders over EGP 2,000. Smaller orders have a delivery fee shown at checkout.
Q.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD), Visa and Mastercard. For bulk and trade orders we also accept bank transfer.
Q.Are your products genuine?
Yes. AFAQ is an authorised importer and distributor. We sell genuine brands only.
Q.Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days, subject to conditions. Opened consumables can’t be returned for food-safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. See Returns & Refunds.
Q.Do you offer wholesale or café pricing?
Yes. We offer consumption-based trade pricing and account management for cafés, restaurants and hotels. Visit Trade & Wholesale or message us on WhatsApp.
Q.Do you supply and service equipment?
Yes. We supply, install and service espresso machines and high-speed ovens. Equipment is quoted on request; contact us for pricing.
